Fun fact: Nadine is also an avid rap fan. Her favourite artist is NF because he is raw and real about his experiences in his music. His album “Hope” was part of the inspiration for the name Hope Restored. Check out his music!
"Living in my agony, watching my self-esteem
Go up in flames, acting like I don't
Care what anyone else thinks, when I know truthfully
That that's the furthest thing from how I
Feel, but I'm too proud to open up and ask ya
To pick me up and pull me out this hole I'm trapped in
The truth is, I need help, but I just can't imagine who,
Who I'd be if I was happy"
- NF, Happy

2
Executive Function & ADHD Assessments
Are you experiencing challenges with attention, focus, memory, impulsivity, organization, or behavioral issues at work, school, or home?
A professional Executive Functioning or ADHD assessment can provide valuable insights into how your brain functions, helping you better understand yourself, and gain access to additional resources that can improve your quality of life and ability to function.
3
