Christy feels strongly about accessible mental health services and strives to ensure her clients receive compassionate, purposeful, holistic, and client-centred care. Christy has specialized training in Accelerated Resolution Therapy to help expand her ability to support people with complex trauma and PTSD along with many other issues including depression, anxiety, grief, and couples who find themselves in need of a guide through difficult times.

In addition to her professional achievements, Christy was a nationally ranked artistic swimmer until the age of 18, an experience that instilled in her the values of discipline, perseverance, and teamwork, all qualities which serve her well when working with clients as they work toward their therapeutic goals. Her experiences as a high-level athlete also allow Christy the opportunity combine her training and personal experience to help athletes with their own sports journey.
